How does it work?
- Contact us with your requested service. We will dispatch an RPK via UPS 2 Day Air. Upon receiving your kit, connect it to your vehicle, and our technician will wirelessly connect to the computer to complete the services. Afterward, repack the RPK with all its accessories, attach the return label on the box, and send it back to Matt’s Heavy Duty.

How do we ship it?
- UPS 2ND DAY AIR
- Upgrade to UPS NEXT DAY AIR for 95$
- A return label will be in box. Computer, cables, and adapter must be returned within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
What is the cost?
- $2,000 upfront (refunded once RPK is returned to Matt’s Heavy Duty)
- $500 programming (nonrefundable)
- $99 for each additional programming service (nonrefundable)
- Customers will be charged for any missing RPK items.
